Terms & Conditions Rossclare Lodge

A deposit secures your room and is 50% refundable until two weeks before your stay. If you cancel your booking less than two weeks before your check-in date the deposit is forfeit, unless we are able to re-let the room.

There is a penalty fee of £20 for loss of key code, resulting in the owner having to let you in after 10pm.

Check out is 10.30am. Late check-out fee is £10. Please let us know on arrival if you would like to take advantage of a later check-out.

We can offer special rates for room-only occupancy and long term bookings, so do call to discuss your needs.

We must be notified of any food intolerances and allergies at the time of booking. If you have special dietary needs, it is not sufficient to tell us on arrival as we cannot guarantee having supplies in at all times.
