At Rossclare Lodge, we believe every stay should be sprinkled with little luxuries, and that starts with our baking!

A Delicious Homemade Tradition

My love of baking probably began when my babies arrived, and I threw myself into creating edible delights—whether it was a flowery fairy fantasy or a train with carriages. Now that my children are grown up and scattered across the globe, you, dear guests, have to take their place in the cake eating stakes!

Afternoon Tea at Rossclare Lodge is the perfect way to enjoy that luxury.

What: Fresh scones, dainty sandwiches, and home-baked cakes.
When: Served in our guest lounge between 2:30 pm and 5:30 pm.
Cost: £21 per person.
Good to Know: We recommend a minimum stay of two nights to properly fit this in (but three is best!).
Open to All: You can book Afternoon Tea for up to six people, even if you are not staying here. We’re open to local guests from Thursday to Sunday.
Need a Birthday Cake? Just add it to your order (vanilla, chocolate, or coffee flavour).

Welcome Platters: Supper Made Easy

Arriving a little late after a long drive and don’t feel like heading out to eat? We have the perfect solution!

We offer a choice of satisfying sharing platters for two people at just £24.99:

A hearty Cheeseboard
A delicious Charcuterie Platter
A vibrant Mediterranean Platter

We can scale this down if you are travelling alone. Just let us know what time you’ll be here (check-in is 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm) and we’ll greet you with your platter! Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can ensure the freshest ingredients.

Picnic Time! (Perfect for the Boardwalk)

Many of our guests come to stay so they can tackle the famous Stairway to Heaven Boardwalk. Well, how about a yummy packed lunch to take with you?

Just book when you reserve your room and we’ll present you with your custom picnic after breakfast. Simple! Don’t forget to tell us which day you’d like your picnic.
